We are happy to see your interest in our culinary offerings! We offer delicious, seminar-appropriate meals with an emphasis on locally produced goods and provide vegetarian options in addition to meat from humanely raised animals. Our own honeybees produce ca. 50 kg honey annually, which you are welcome to sample at the Elsa Brändström Haus and take home as a souvenir.

THE EARLY BIRD…
Our breakfast team awaits you every day from 7:30 on in our restaurant to provide you with a good start into the day. Fresh, homemade brioches with homemade jam, egg dishes individually prepared for each guest, honey from our own honeybees and many more delicacies are part of our daily breakfast. Next to Nespresso specialties, we offer freshly ground coffee from Darboven prepared with a French press. Of course, we also have an exclusive variety of Eilles tea choices.
For those guests who unfortunately have to depart before 7:30, we can provide an Early Bird breakfast box.
In order for you to be able to keep thinking after the conference break, we provide refreshments at our centrally located coffee bar. For us, cookies and sandwiches are passé—instead, our kitchen team offers you a mix of fresh fruits and small, hearty or sweet snacks. Our homemade granola “Elsas Krümel” is a special delicacy, which you are also welcome to take home as a souvenir. Of course, our coffee breaks would not deserve their name without a variety of coffee and tea specialties.
